We will meet and discuss your plans many months before the wedding. We will help you with your timeline. If you need invitations at this time, our consultant will help you find the perfect one. We will also call all your vendors to make sure they are coming. You may call us at any time with any questions.
Social Graces will be at the rehearsal and would be glad to run it if the priest or minister does not. If he or she does, we will watch and listen and make sure everything is carried out on your wedding day. We will also show the groomsmen or ushers how to walk the ladies down the aisle and anything else the priest or minister might miss. Social Graces will make sure the ushers or groomsmen walk the ladies down the aisle instead of standing around.
We will also arrive an hour before you arrive at the church or venue on your wedding day. We will put out anything you might need and direct people coming in. Social Graces will make sure you or your parents don't have to worry about anything. When you arrive, we will meet you at the car and bring you into the church or venue so no one sees you. We will make sure everything is in place before you walk down the aisle. Our consultant will bring their sewing kit just in case someone has a problem. Our consultant has sewn many wedding gowns, mother's dresses and also hemmed men's pants. You never know what might go wrong. We try to be always prepared. Social Graces will stay for the whole ceremony just in case you or any guest needs some help.
After the ceremony we will place everyone in a receiving line (if you are having one). If not, we will let everyone assemble outside so that you and your husband can walk out and everyone can take pictures.
If you need us to collect anything afterwards for you just let us know.
We usually go to the venue up until the cocktail hour. At that time, we make sure everyone signs the guest book and also make sure everyone gets their place card and direct them to wherever they need to go.
Once the cocktail hour starts the venue is capable to take over. There is an extra charge if you would like us to stay longer.
Also, with all of this you may call us at any time to discuss the wedding or discuss any problems that might arise. Social Graces is always here for you.
We will also meet with you before the wedding so that we can go over everything. Social Graces will also send you information of what you should be doing each month to make sure you don't forget about anything.
Our price range goes from $550 to $2,000 with our most popular package at $650.
As far as Invitations go you only pay for the price of the invitations. We help you word your invitation and spend as much time as needed to make sure you are happy with your choice.
